How to create password shortcut, account shortcut, email address shortcut

Every day, we spend much time on inputting the same text such account, username, email address, phone and password, etc. This task is boring and easy make mistake.

Can we create text shortcut like: username shortcut, email address shortcut, password shortcut, account shortcut, etc for quick inputting?

The Windows system doesn't provide a way to customize such shortcuts.

For example, customize F9 key to input your user name

  • Download and install KeyExtender
  • Open KeyExtender on the desktop
  • Stroke F9 key in the left box
  • Select TypeText in the right dropdown box
  • Type your user name in the input box

Click the "OK" button to save your username shortcut and then click Active button. Now, whenever you strike F9 on your keyboard it will take you right to your user name.
